09 / GOOD TO KNOW

BEFORE YOU
ONE SESSION.

Who is Strength & Technique Training for?+

Beginners learn technique, equipment use and sensible exercise and load selection. Experienced lifters work on movement quality, weaker areas, plateaus and a more structured approach to getting stronger.

Will I be able to train independently afterwards?+

That is a key goal for beginners. Your coach explains technique, load selection, repetitions, progression and when to adjust an exercise. How quickly you become independent varies, but the aim is to build your confidence and understanding over time.

Is it suitable if I've trained for years?+

Yes. Experienced lifters can focus on technique, specific weaknesses and the balance between volume and intensity. Your coach helps identify why progress has stalled and develops a plan to move forward.

Does strength training mean lifting heavy every session?+

No. Some phases prioritise technique, control, volume or weaker areas before intensity increases. Loads reflect your experience and goals; maximum-effort lifting is not required every session.

Do I have to squat, bench press and deadlift?+

No. These are useful strength exercises, but your coach can choose variations or alternatives that suit your body, movement and preferences. The goal is stronger, better movement, rather than an identical routine for everyone.

Can strength training help with fat loss?+

It can support fat loss and help preserve or build muscle. However, fat loss is not this program's main focus. If changes in weight, measurements and body composition are your priority, Body Transformation may be a better fit.

How does it differ from Body Transformation?+

Strength Training focuses on lifting technique, movement under load and strength development. Body Transformation places more emphasis on fat loss, muscle gain, physique and nutrition habits. Both use resistance training, but their main goals and structure differ.

How soon will I get stronger?+

Beginners often progress relatively quickly as technique and control improve. Experienced lifters usually need more time and structured programming. Progress depends on your starting point, consistency, nutrition, sleep and recovery.

Can I join if lifting has caused pain before?+

Tell your coach about previous injuries and painful movements before starting. Exercises and loads can be adapted within the scope of fitness coaching. If pain or injury requires clinical assessment, we recommend consulting an appropriate healthcare professional.

Is it suitable for powerlifting?+

Yes. For experienced lifters interested in powerlifting, training can place greater emphasis on squat, bench press, deadlift and competition technique. You don't need competitive ambitions to benefit from the program.
