09 / GOOD TO KNOW

BEFORE YOU
ONE SESSION.

Who is Posture & Mobility for?+

It suits desk workers, people who sit for long periods and anyone who feels stiff or struggles with movement control. Common concerns include a forward head position, rounded or uneven shoulders, upper-back slouching and stiff hips.

Can forward head posture or rounded shoulders improve?+

They may improve, with results varying by body structure, habits and individual circumstances. Your coach assesses mobility, strength, control and daily routines. The goal is more comfortable movement and greater control, rather than forcing everyone into one fixed posture.

Is it suitable if I work at a computer for 8–10 hours a day?+

Yes. Long periods without changing position can leave the neck, shoulders, upper back and hips feeling stiff. Alongside gym sessions, you'll learn short movement habits that break up prolonged sitting.

Can I join as a complete beginner?+

Yes. Start with simple movements and light loads, focusing on awareness and control before increasing the challenge.

Do I need to train every day?+

No. Two or three coached sessions per week can provide a useful foundation for many people. Your coach may also suggest short routines for home or work between sessions.

Will Posture & Mobility help me lose weight?+

It can help you become more active, but weight loss is not its main purpose. If fat loss and body composition are your priority, Body Transformation may be more suitable.

Is this physiotherapy or injury rehabilitation?+

No. This is a gym-based fitness and movement program, not medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have an injury, persistent pain or specific rehabilitation needs, seek advice from a doctor or physiotherapist before or alongside training.
